Welcome to Quick Notes ("the App"), a fast and easy note-taking application. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

3 How We Use Your Data

• Notes Storage: Your notes, including text, tags, images, and deadlines, are stored entirely on your device using local storage. They are never transmitted to any server.
• Authentication: We use Firebase anonymous authentication solely to associate crash reports and notifications with a session. No personal information is linked to this ID.
• Crash Reporting: Firebase Crashlytics collects device diagnostics (OS version, device model) and app logs to help us identify and fix bugs. Crash data never includes your notes content.
• Notifications: If you enable notifications, we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver deadline reminders. You can revoke notification permissions at any time in your device settings.
• Image Attachments: Images you attach to notes are saved locally on your device. They are not uploaded to any cloud service.

4 Data Storage and Security

All notes and personal content are stored locally on your device using application-local storage. Notes content is not transmitted to our servers.

Anonymous authentication identifiers, crash diagnostics, and notification tokens (when notifications are enabled) are processed through Google Firebase services, which use industry-standard security practices and encryption. 5 Third-Party Services

Quick Notes uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Authentication: Provides anonymous authentication for session management. Privacy Policy

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Delivers push notifications for deadline reminders. Privacy Policy

All third-party services are operated by Google LLC and are subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or trade any data with other third parties.

6 Your Rights and Choices

• Access: All your notes are stored locally on your device. You can view and delete them at any time through the App.
• Deletion: You can delete individual notes or all notes from within the App. Local application data is generally removed when the App is uninstalled, subject to the operating system's backup and restore settings.
• Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications at any time through the App settings or your device settings.
• Permissions: You can manage notification permissions through your device's system settings.

7 Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with anyone. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics that profile users, or any form of data monetization.

The App may transmit limited technical data to Google Firebase services, including anonymous authentication identifiers, crash diagnostics, and notification tokens where notifications are enabled. This data does not include the content of your notes.

8 Data Retention

Notes and other content stored locally remain on your device until you delete them or remove the App, subject to your device's backup and restore settings.

Technical data processed through Firebase services is retained according to the configuration of those services and Google's applicable retention policies.

9 Children's Privacy

Quick Notes is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect directly identifying personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have concerns about a child's use of the App, please contact us using the address below.

10 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Effective Date" above and published at this same URL and, where applicable, within the App or its store listing.
